How to pay ?

Can we COD or Meet Somewhere to buy ?
Sorry, we are operating as an Internet Shopping Stores; we don't have intention to go backward for COD and meet somewhere for trade.

I am a foreigner (outside malaysia), how do i pay ?
By paypal.

Will I receive my order after paying you ? Can I trust this web store ?
We always advise shoppers to take time to browse our blogshop before making decision.

How much is shipping fee?
Normally all of our items are free shipping(FOC).

When will you send my orders?
Normally we will send your orders within 1 working day start from the next day of your payment

What are the shipping options?
We normally use Poslaju because it's the best courier currently in MALAYSIA.

Warranty & return :

What is your warranty policy
Each of our catalog merchants has their own Warranty policy (they differ from item to item). The warranty period is listed on the product description. If not available, the item's warranty is dead on arrival. However, please contact us to confirm the warranty again if our blogshop doesn't mention or not clear. Some items come with warranty sticker, warranty card. Buyer must ensure the items he receives come with the sticker or card, if not pls contact us by email ASAP. Some others item doesn't come with warranty card or sticker but the there is serial number or code on the item. Some other items' warranty will be based on your purchase record with us.

What if the item you received is Damaged or Defective?
You can send us an email and report the damage. We will then guide you to return the damaged or defective items, and we will make a new replacement to you. If the case, we fail to replace, we will give you a refund excluded postage. [But this seldom happened as we did checked every item(s) before posting out]

What if I don't like the product as much as I'd hoped?
If you are not completely satisfied with your items ,you may return it within 7 days of receipt for a refund. You will receive a full merchandise refund minus a 25% restocking fee * for only items below selling price of RM300. So, please be careful and survey properly if u are buying expensive items. All returns must be preauthorized by us. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Merchandise must be repacked in the original packing material and be complete

Where is your shop that I can view and test the products ?
e-shopathome.blogshop.com is presently an pure Internet seller without a physical store and we also don't have a counter for viewing nor self collection.

You can also place your order by sms us at 012-4164689. For sms , please send brief sms : (name) want to buy (no of units) (item name) (location : Peninsular, Sarawak, Sabah, others) (payment: Maybank,PBB, Paypal, other). We will reply you with sms for total amount and bank account. Once you have made payment, please ,Immediately sms again : (name) paid (amount) for (item name).

Why no one pickup the number 012-4164689?
Please call us during weekday, Monday to Friday, 9.30am – 11.00am. If you have internet access, we still prefer you email to us of your questions, because we might be short of manpower to answer calls.
